Our project supports 8 people in modern, self-contained apartments enhanced by the latest assistive technology, helping individuals live as independently and confidently as possible.

Support Worker Role – What You’ll Do

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred, outcome-focused support that empowers people to live fulfilling lives. Your role will include:

• Supporting with medication management
• Teaching and encouraging life skills
• Assisting with daily living tasks
• Facilitating community access and engagement
• Providing emotional support
• Helping manage tenancies
• Liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes

Who We’re Looking For

We are recruiting for:

• Full-time (37.5 hours)
• Part-time (23.5 hours)

You’ll work across day and night shifts on a 7-day rota. A full induction and training will be provided, so the right values and commitment matter just as much as previous experience.
