I’ve spent more than 20 years working in social care, progressing from frontline support roles to senior leadership positions. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about helping people live their best lives possible by promoting independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion. I believe that great outcomes for the people we support start with empowered, motivated teams, and I am committed to creating positive cultures where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.  

I am excited to be joining ISL as Operations Manager, where I look forward to building strong relationships, supporting teams to thrive, and working collaboratively to deliver outstanding, person-centred services. This new opportunity represents an exciting next chapter in my career, and I am eager to contribute my experience, energy, and passion to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support and the colleagues who support them every day
